What’s this all about?

Asian Joy Co is first and foremost, a love letter to my family. Being a first generation child of immigrants, I am thankful to grow up with the food, art and culture of my grandparents. These experiences inform and inspire a lot of my creations. And if you’re like me, an avid fidgeter, our magnetic keycaps are designed to keep you stimulated, promote focus* and most importantly - a reminder to play!

Our designs start off as just an idea, napkin sketch, or doodle on procreate. Afterwards, they get sculpted digitally and then go through iterative process. They are produced using advanced 3d printing, mold-making, and resin-casting, and finished with resin & dye application techniques. Each one is a labor of love and made here in New York City and hand packed before it goes to its new home.

Our products are small, colorful, and fun, but they are not meant for children, or sensitive individuals including but not limited to those with medical pacemakers, or pets. The fidget artisan caps use magnets. Keep away from sensitive electronics.

  • We are located in Brooklyn, NY. Home of the Notorious BIG and RBG (Rest in Power).

    From concept to creation and fulfillment, Our artisan keycaps are designed and crafted from quality materials locally in New York City.

    We believe in celebrating culture through our art. And sometimes you might even see us shooting our products on the streets of NYC and featuring different neighborhoods and street art.

  • There are two ways to get our caps, fulfillment sale or by winning a giveaway raffle.

    Why fulfillment sale? and why not a raffle sale? We do fulfillment sales because we want you to enjoy our craft, and feel good about your investment in us.

    The idea of raffles just for the chance to “win” isn't very appealing for us. Asian Joy Co is not the hunger games. It is however first come, first served to remain as fair as possible.

    We’re still growing so fulfillment sale time windows are open until we have reached our production limit. If we continuously receive overwhelming support and orders, we will work to release more frequently and scale to meet demand as best as possible.

    Give away Raffle?

    For now, the only kind of raffles we will be doing is for giveaways to celebrate milestones or holidays. If you win - all you pay for is shipping!

  • 💧 Our new stems come with fit gel! 

    Before installing, add a drop of water inside the stem to activate (dropper included in new orders). Blot excess water. Then you’re ready to click clack away with the perfect fit! Repeat for reinstallation.

  • We accept Pay Pal and major credit cards through Stripe.

  • Our keycaps are made to order. All orders will be prepared in the order they are received, and will usually ship within 5 - 8 weeks unless otherwise stated or pending production demand. When your order has shipped, you will receive an update and a tracking number.

  • Asian Joy Co will always try to get the most affordable shipping prices with trusted shipping companies.

    We offer flat rate shipping with tracking and insurance included: $7 for Continental U.S., and $18-30 International, depending on location. Shipping will be added at checkout. International buyers, please take any potential customs, tariff, and tax fees into consideration when placing an order. Details will be included on customs forms as they cannot be left blank.

    Why does it cost so much to ship internationally?

    Maybe it’s the jet fuel. I recommend getting some friends together and do group orders so your keys caps won’t be lonely on the plane and everyone saves on international shipping costs!


    If ever a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we’ll work to resolve the issue and make it right. Most of the time, this means we'll send you a new product at no additional cost.

  • At AsianJoyCo, our quality standards are high and our keycaps are hand-finished, so variations from keycap to keycap can happen.

    But rest assured - If there are ever any problems, please let us know, and we will do our best to make it right. We offer exchanges if the item is faulty. Return labels will be provided within the continental US and a replacement will be sent out as soon as we receive the the item.

    Refunds can be issued in the case of a faulty item. For all refunds, please note that you will be responsible for return shipping and associated international fees (if any). Refunds will be processed upon receipt of items. Please note that Paypal and credit card transaction fees will be deducted from your return.

    If you haven’t received your order after a month (4 weeks) from the shipping date, please contact us.  We will take it up with the shipping courier. For any confirmed lost parcel, we will send out the new one immediately.
